These tiny parasitoids have slender bodies measuring about 1-3mm in length, with brown to black coloration and transparent veined wings. They are nocturnal and go virtually unseen. They do not sting or bite, and are completely harmless to people and animals. Each species has slightly different environmental tolerances, peak activity periods, modes of action, and life-cycles that increase the effectiveness of keeping fly populations under control.

Store Fly Exterminators indoors, in original packaging, and away from direct sunlight. Monitor daily for signs of movement. Hatching may take 7-14 days, depending on temperature, with Fly Exterminators beginning to hatch at 70°F. Pupae do not change in appearance after hatching. For optimal results, release within 24 hours of hatching. Wait until temperatures are consistently over 50°F before introducing. Fly Exterminators will self-distribute up to 100 yards.
